You will partner with HR colleagues across the organization on impactful projects, fostering innovation, continuous learning, and associate development.
Responsibilities
- Design, identify and drive effective measurement to support the HR strategy, including deep dives, KPIs, and dashboards for employee engagement, recruitment, growth, attrition and associate experience.
