Preferred/Ideal Candidate Background: learning and development team, exp in PM, program management is a good to have, exp in industry or insurance space
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
• Develop an understanding of overall portfolio/program movement with individual lines of business and rationalize how the assigned projects fit with business priorities in the long term
• Drive L&D processes to implement learning solutions in various formats including but not limited to in-person or virtual Instructor-led training (ILT), eLearning, webinars, self-directed learner pathways, and workshops
• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of medium-to-high complexity L&D projects, leveraging key project management tools to ensure projects are delivered on time, wi...
