Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Senior Benefit Analyst (LATAM) to join our International Benefits team.
What You’ll Do- Benefit Design & Strategy Support: Support the regional benefit design strategy and review process for all country-specific plans while leveraging third-party vendor reports and internal platforms to drive design recommendations.
- Annual Renewals & Vendor Management: Assist with the annual contract renewal process and vendor negotiations, tracking performance against Service Level Agreements while focusing on cost-containment and documentation.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Maintain executive dashboards and compliance tracking metrics to report on program effectiveness, cost trends, and utilization metrics for recommended plan changes.
