Senior Bookkeeper
Reports to: VP Finance / CFO
Position Summary
Our US Division is seeking experienced Senior Bookkeepers. This role owns the day-to-day management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense administration, banking activities, and general bookkeeping functions across multiple entities. The ideal candidate maintains accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online (QBO), manages Ramp expense processes, supports month-end close activities, and serves as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and vendors. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working across cloud-based financial software, has a strong grasp of debits, credits, and core accounting principles, and thrives in a fast-changing, high-growth environment where priorities and workload shift frequently.
