Your Role
Based in the Montréal office, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a structural design team on multidisciplinary projects.
- Applying advanced engineering knowledge and tools to solve complex engineering challenges.
- Leading, mentoring, supporting, and guiding project resources (engineers and technicians).
- Advising management and collaborating with other disciplines.
- Preparing proposals and contributing to business development, including publications and conference participation.
