12 month contract + extension
Hybrid 1-3x week in Toronto
Pay: $50-60/hr incorp
Must Haves
- 8-10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including multiple years operating at a Senior or Lead level
- Proven experience supporting large-scale system transformation initiatives such as system replacements, legacy decommissioning, or ERP/TMS migrations, with clear ownership of requirements and measurable delivery impact
- Advanced experience creating and managing large-scale backlogs , including authoring hundreds of user stories and writing clear, testable acceptance criteria
- Strong ability to break down complex business capabilities into smaller, structured user stories (5–15 per capability) and support downstream estimation activities
