Senior Business Analyst (I & IT; Portfolio & KPI Reporting)

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support I & IT portfolio governance, focusing on KPI reporting, cost optimization, and resource utilization management. This is a high‑impact role within the PMO, working closely with IT leadership and Finance to drive data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. It is a hybrid between BA + IT Financial Analyst + Portfolio Reporting Analyst role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder engagement across I & IT and deliver executive‑level KPI reporting dashboards
- Analyze IT operational costs (e.g., software, infrastructure, vendors) and identify cost‑saving opportunities
- Align with stakeholders to implement savings initiatives and track results on an ongoing basis
