In this role, you will deliver in-home care and support, collaborating with healthcare teams to enhance clients' quality of life. Your responsibilities include helping clients with personal care and motivating them to participate actively in their care. Evening and weekend shifts are key, along with reliable transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with personal care and daily tasks
• Observe and report on clients' well-being
• Help maintain a safe and clean environment
• Engage clients in activities and encourage independence
• Drive clients to appointments as needed
Requirements:
• Must have own vehicle and valid Driver's License
• HCA Certificate and BC Registry Number essential
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications required
