Job Description
Carry out pricing and risk assessment of reinsurance catastrophe treaties using vendor cat models, actuarial and statistical techniques Collaborate directly with underwriters to align pricing models with underwriting practices and business objectives. Be responsible for accurate cat data in all Ageas Re systems including accumulation control, performance, and portfolio metrics Conduct detailed analysis of vendor models, broker models, and develop internal view of risk Close collaboration with cat modelers, property UW and actuaries based in Zurich and Brussels Analyze historical claims data, exposure metrics, and market trends to inform pricing decisions. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal pricing frameworks. Design and maintain pricing models for reinsurance products using actuarial and statistical techniques.
