Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant for our client who meets the following criteria:
- Language: Bilingual (English & French).
- Security Clearance: Enhanced Reliability.
- Location of Work: In office at NDHQ (Carling Campus).
Mandatory Requirements
- Must have an active Enhanced Reliability or higher level of Security clearance.
- Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a Change Management Consultant within the last fifteen (15) years.
- Must have experience leading change management for a minimum of one (1) enterprise-level digital transformation initiative within the last five (5) years.
- Must have demonstrated experience integrating change management activities within a large-scale project or program workplace, working in close collaboration with a Project Management Office (PMO), project managers, or equivalent delivery teams within the last ten (10) years.
