Our client is a one of the Famous Japanese Trading Company, they are currently seeking for a Senior Clerk (HR & Admin) to join their team. Responsibilities
- Assist in organize training sessions and employee development programs
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Handle work visa of secondment staff from headquarters
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for guests and VIP
- Handling general office administration tasks, including order management, inventory control and facilities management
- Handle communications with IT vendor and service providers
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and track their lifecycle
- Assist in maintaining and organizing IT development, licenses, and warranties
