- Administer Microsoft Entra ID and 365 tenant environment
- Implement identity and access control measures effectively
- Manage Microsoft collaboration tools like Teams and Exchange
- Provide L2/L3 support for identity-related incidents
- Ensure audit readiness through documentation and access reviews
