Senior Collections Policy Analyst
Location: aracaju (SE) – aracaju.
What You'll Do
- Analyze the behavior of customers with short-, medium-, and long-term delinquencies to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create and refine data-driven collections policies to reduce risk and increase recovery.
- Use SQL and Python to extract insights and generate strategic reports.
- Explain to the business and sales teams why analytical strategies work and demonstrate the value of the solutions.
- Work closely with the Data Science and Operations teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience with data analysis focused on collections or credit risk.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Big Query, and Python.
