As a senior-level estimator, you will determine bid strategies, prepare full-cost estimates, and lead estimating workshops. This involves detailed take-offs of materials and labor, negotiating with subcontractors, and providing insights during pre-construction activities. You will track costs, analyze variances, and build strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
