Title: Senior Compliance and Ethics Analyst

Position Summary:
CAPREIT’s Compliance and Ethics team is hiring a Senior Compliance and Ethics Analyst to lead the development and implementation of the Vendor Performance, Procurement Process & Scope Program (VPS).
This role provides independent oversight of the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, from initial onboarding through goods and services delivery and is responsible for evaluating adherence to internal policies and best practices, mitigating risks, identifying cost‑saving opportunities, and strengthening governance and accountability across vendor selection, contracting, and performance.
The position will also lead the VPS program development and implementation, including preparing the annual VPS program plan, outlining the vendors, projects, and locations in scope, and defining quarterly deliverables, while working closely with Procurement,...
