- Lead full tender lifecycle including quantity take offs, pricing, review, and submission
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and addenda to produce detailed cost estimates
- Solicit, evaluate, and manage subcontractor and supplier pricing to ensure full trade coverage
- Prepare and issue subcontractor bid packages and tender documentation
- Coordinate with consultants, owners, and internal project teams to resolve scope and technical issues
