As a Senior Superintendent, you will provide onsite leadership and technical oversight for multiple construction projects. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring that projects adhere to safety protocols and cost control. You will manage project contracts, schedules, and resource allocation while promoting safety training and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety practices in line with company standards
• Manage schedules, contracts, and resource allocations effectively
• Conduct risk analysis and overseen project risks
• Develop and implement quality assurance plans
• Mentor junior staff and support their development
Requirements:
• 10+ years of trade experience with a certified Journeyman ticket
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience
