This Senior Consultant role provides strategic leadership and program delivery support across UKG Scheduling Pro WFM and Workday HRIS initiatives in a large, complex healthcare environment. The consultant partners closely with project managers, steering committees, and leadership teams to shape workforce strategy, oversee change management, and ensure successful implementation across multiple lifecycle stages.
