Job Description
Lightspeed is looking for a Senior Content Specialist to join our Brand Content team . You’ll help shape the global voice of Lightspeed, crafting copy that elevates our brand across all touch points. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Content, you’ll create content for multiple internal and external channels—landing pages, videos, social media content, webinars, emails and more—ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and reinforcing our brand values. Your work will contribute to global product launches and campaigns, showcasing how Lightspeed fuels retail and hospitality ambitions through technology and insight.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering polished, creative and impactful copy that supports global product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Crafting, editing and publishing content across all channels and formats, including campaigns, events, partnerships, social media and customer case studies
