Senior Contracts Management Specialist – responsible for managing and overseeing contracts/subcontracts across their lifecycle, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage a variety of agreements (customer contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, PIAs) throughout their lifecycle.
- Act as point of contact to Public Services and Procurement Canada’s Contract Authority for interpretation, amendments, and customer commitments on defense contracts.
- Serve as the direct point of contact with suppliers for interpretation, amendments, and supplier commitments on assigned subcontracts.
- Participate in the preparation and administration of contract proposals, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
