Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst with hands‑on experience building a practical customer “golden record.” You’ll work with business and technical teams to define data standards and match/merge (survivorship) rules that improve quality and consistency across systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Run structured discovery sessions with business SMEs to understand how customer/client data is created, used, and interpreted.
- Define a practical target structure for the golden record.
- Document data standards and rules (required fields, acceptable values, validation logic, edge cases).
- Perform gap analysis across source systems to identify completeness/quality issues and inconsistencies.
- Design and support match/merge e.g. matching on name + DOB with fallbacks, and conflict resolution across systems.
- Partner with data/CRM teams to validate rules, test outcomes, and iterate based on findings.
