Valtech is looking to hire a Senior Data Analyst to join our cross-functional commerce enablement team. This person will partner closely with platform engineers, DevOps leads, and client teams to unlock value from operational, behavioral, and infrastructure data. Role responsibilities
- Analyze cross-platform performance and operational data from tools including ELK, Jenkins, ServiceNow (SNOW), and SFCC/Fluent Commerce/SFMC logs.
- Build dashboards and reports to track platform uptime, deployment success/failure rates, incident trends, and data anomalies.
- Translate system logs and alerts into business-impacting insights to support root cause analysis, proactive issue resolution, and optimization.
