The Data Co. (thedataco.com) is building the operating system for the aesthetics industry. Our platform consolidates data from multiple practice management systems, CRMs, ad platforms, and payroll systems into a unified analytics platform purpose‑built for aesthetics operators. We sit above all source systems as the single source of truth for operator performance data, with standardized KPI definitions built alongside leading operators.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Developer who will own the technical backbone of our platform: our dbt transformation layer, our Looker semantic layer, and the integrations that feed them. This is a high‑leverage IC role on a fast‑moving team. You will report to our Engineering Lead and work closely with the CEO. This is not a generalist data role.
