• Design and build resilient batch and real-time data pipelines
• Migrate data from legacy models to modern databases
• Implement monitoring and uphold quality-first engineering practices

• Coach team members to support continuous improvement
Requirements:
• 7+ years in backend software engineering
• Proficient in Java, Scala, or Python with robust SQL skills
• Experience with distributed data platforms like Snowflake or Spark
