What you’ll do
Provide analytical and technical support for executing targeted campaigns. Serve as the subject‑matter expert in combining customer data sources, collaborating with customer‑insight teams, deploying data to execution platforms, and measuring lift in campaigns. Partner with business stakeholders to ingest and utilize new data sources as they become available. Provide ad hoc business reporting and analysis as requested. Work hand‑to‑hand with stakeholders to understand business problems and develop data‑driven solutions that add tangible value. Offer insights and analytics on customer segments that influence test designs and hypotheses. Measure post‑campaign performance, identify opportunities, and report statistical significance.
