Senior Delivery Principal - Market Solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of complex, multi-workstream projects across industries, ensuring alignment to client goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Proactively manage scope, risks and issues, dependencies to protect timelines and commercial integrity.
- Define delivery governance and use a data driven approach to measure progress.
- Apply delivery best practices and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) to ensure consistent execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Own project financials, including margin, staffing, and managed revenue, with accountability for delivering against a $1.5M+ revenue target.
- Champion Delivery Excellence and mentor delivery leads, and contribute to the growth of Slalom’s delivery frameworks and practices.
