Requirements
BA or BFA in Art/Design or related field
Extraordinary design skills
World‑class portfolio of work
Strong communication presentation skills; proven ability to present to executives/leaders
Highly organized and able to work collaboratively across multiple projects
5+ years experience designing in a digital creative agency or client‑side group; B2B / tech experience is a plus
Expert knowledge of Figma
Expert knowledge of modern prototyping tools like Framer, Figma sites, etc
Experience with high‑fidelity prototyping
Motion design skills for web
Familiar with the creative process, partnering with UX designers, copywriters, web production, and development teams
Experience working in AEM and AI tools a plus
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, a big plus for JavaScript or other frameworks
