Overview
WildBrain Studios is looking for a Senior Designer, CG to join our team. The role reports to the Producer and works under the supervision of the Art Director. Responsibilities include executing key FX designs, creating original FX concepts, maintaining show style, training and mentoring new designers, and communicating production‑friendly solutions.
Location
The position must be located within British Columbia, Canada.
Responsibilities
- Execute key FX designs to establish the look of the show
- Provide multiple concepts in different styles, including timing stages for FX
- Collaborate creatively with design, FX, and technical departments
- Maintain current with scripts and animatics to inform design choices
- Learn and adhere to established production methodology
