Senior Desktop Endpoint Support Engineer SCCM / MECM Key Skills: EUC, Windows 10/11 and Intune Location: Montreal, Canada Work Model: 100% Work From Office (WFO) From Day 1 Experience Required: 46 Years Role Description: We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with strong experience in desktop management, endpoint administration, device management, and IT support services. The ideal candidate will work from the customer location in Montreal from Day 1 and provide support across desktop infrastructure, operating systems, device management, vulnerability management, and enterprise IT services. Key Responsibilities: Administer and support Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments. Manage MECM image creation, maintenance, deployment, and lifecycle management. Support and administer Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) components. Perform Operating System Deployment (OSD) using SCCM and MDT.
