Responsibilities
- Collaborate with ADP product owners to understand challenges in creating, upgrading, or augmenting products.
- Design technical solutions and guide a team of developers in implementation.
- Promote architectural initiatives that drive revenue and improve efficiency aligned with business strategy.
- Participate in daily Scrum to identify priorities within the current sprint or discuss new projects.
- Provide design guidance to developers; review code, refine as necessary, and code critical areas when needed.
