Leads pilot builds, engineering runs, and critical implementation activities to ensure robust process capability and operational readiness. Drives continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, optimize cycle time, eliminate waste, and increase overall product profitability (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, etc.).
