Senior Director of Benefits – Consumer Products, Latin America and Caribbean (LAC)
As the Senior Director of Benefits in the Consumer Products for Latin America and Caribbean (LAC), you will be responsible for leading and managing Visa’s benefits across the region. This role requires a deep understanding of P&L; drivers, holistic benefits and customer experience (UX/CX), as well as manage third-party vendors and own operations.
This position will work closely with global, market-based product teams and enablement organizations across the organization to transform and develop the right set of benefits for the products and standalone across the region.
Role reports to the LAC Consumer Products VP.
