Senior Director, Project & Planning Management
Primary Location: Espoo, Finland.
We are seeking a Senior Director, Project & Planning Management for the Minerals Business Area Performance Solutions organization. In this senior leadership position, you will spearhead Metso’s mineral segment global concentrator and hydrometallurgical plant and solutions project delivery, overseeing the process from contract handover to operational startup. The leader sets the project delivery vision, strengthens execution excellence, and enables teams to excel utilizing standard delivery models, digital tools, and best practices.
The Senior Director, Project & Planning Management leads the project management and planning team and together delivers projects that meet our customers’ expectations through dedication and expertise, stakeholder integration, and collaboration to ensure safe, on‑schedule, profitable project delivery while creating life‑cycle opportunities.
