DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
The incumbent will perform all or part of the following, and other related responsibilities as required by the needs of the office.● Provide reliable and secure driving services by:o driving office vehicles for the transport of the Head of the WHO country office, authorized personnel, including for field visits, and the delivery and collection of mail, documents and other items;o meeting official personnel and visitors at the airport and facilitating immigration and customs formalities, as required;o checking for availability of all the required documents/supplies for the assigned vehicle, including vehicle insurance, vehicle logs, office directory, first aid kit, and necessary spare parts;o completing the monthly vehicle data form at the end of the month.● Manage day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle through timely minor repairs, oil changes, checking tyres and brakes, car washing, and making arrangements for major repairs.● Report...
