Overview
How you will contribute as part of the TRCA team: The Senior Enforcement Officer contributes to field oversight and mentorship of Enforcement Officers and provides advice and guidance to officers regarding procedures affecting TRCA’s Enforcement and Compliance program. The Senior Enforcement Officer participates in environmental and construction compliance and protection initiatives, public safety, and community liaison outreach programs within TRCA’s jurisdiction. The Senior Enforcement Officer conducts compliance monitoring and response to public inquiries and complaints under the Authority’s regulatory requirements and permitting processes and identifies and addresses unlawful activities occurring on TRCA landholdings and with TRCA’s permitting regulations. The Senior Enforcement Officer participates and supports TRCA’s Emergency and Flood Management Program.
