Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence professional to lead strategic initiatives focused on increasing productivity, optimizing processes, reducing costs, and strengthening a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (Kaizen, VSM, SMED, 5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, A3).Identify and implement opportunities to optimize processes, eliminate waste, and improve value stream flow.Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.Facilitate Kaizen events, problem-solving workshops, and cross-functional teams.Drive the implementation and sustainability of Lean systems and continuous improvement programs.Act as a change agent, promoting operational excellence and organizational capability development.Qualifications...
