Job Description
Responsibilities
- Mentor an established Canadian track engineering team delivering projects for Metrolinx, TTC, and freight rail clients (CPKC, CN, etc.)
- Provide technical and project management oversight for planning, design, and construction support of track systems
- Ensure compliance with Metrolinx, TTC, Transport Canada, AREMA, and host railway standards
- Coordinate track design with structures, signals, traction power, civil, drainage and utility disciplines
- Act as Project Manager or senior technical lead, accountable for scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Serve as the primary client-facing lead for track-related matters
- Provide senior-level construction support as required
- Support business development activities, including client engagement and opportunity identification
