With increasing generation and infrastructure projects, this position helps protect operations, mitigate regulatory risk, and support the safe and reliable delivery of energy to the communities we serve.
What You'll Do
Lead SPCC Program (Core Responsibility)
+ Administer OPPD's Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) program across the district
+ Manage and maintain OPPD's facility plans on a rolling 5-year compliance cycle
+ Ensure all plans are reviewed, updated, and compliant with regulatory standards
+ Provide Professional Engineer (PE) sign-off on plans as required
Support Federal Response Plan (FRP) Compliance
+ Lead and support FRP implementation for facilities exceeding federal oil storage thresholds
+ Partner with project teams to ensure complianc...
