This individual will be a cornerstone of the Estimating and Project departments, providing comprehensive cost analysis and coordination across diverse project types and delivery models. The successful candidate will navigate various contract structures—including design‑build, lump sum, and integrated project delivery (IPD)—to ensure financial accuracy from conceptual stages through to final tender and submission.
