Summary
We are looking for a recent grad, or someone with relevant professional experience, who is looking to commit to an opportunity that would likely shape their entire professional future. The successful applicant would be given opportunities to transition to other roles within the organization, or portfolio companies, after a few years of showing their ability to excel under pressure. Such transitions could include a move to financial analyst, C-Suite level roles, or even becoming CEO of a portfolio company for those truly exceptional individuals.
