Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the field implementation and rollout of Norland’s HSE Management System across multiple project sites.
- Coordinate and provide oversight to Field HSE Advisors to ensure consistent delivery, engagement, and implementation quality across active projects.
- Maintain a strong field presence while working directly with Site Superintendents, Project Managers, Forepersons, and employees to drive HSE engagement and accountability.
