Work in support of the Deal Finance Directors to work on all stages of the deal process – from initial negotiations to due diligence, contract closure and post-deal integrationBuild complex, consistent and accurate transaction valuation models.Providing high-quality financial analysis and advicePrepare and coordinate formal post-transaction accounting & tax memorandum for internal and external governanceEssential requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (Finance or related)Strong academic background, preferably including accounting/finance qualification (CIMA, ACA, CFA, MBA or equivalent).Experience in financial evaluation techniques and financial modelling.Good understanding of cash vs. profitStrong understanding of value based cashflow metrics and their relevance in business evaluationAnalytical thinking, and ability to collate and analyze relevant data to identify key drivers of value and risk
