Position Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst, Accounting Operations & Optimization, is a key member of the accounting operations team responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Bank’s general ledger and financial reporting processes while leading process modernization and automation initiatives. This role owns critical aspects of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycle, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statement support, and regulatory reporting where applicable. The successful candidate will operate independently, collaborating closely with Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Tax teams and other cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely close. This individual will actively participate in the Finance transformation by designing more efficient, system‑driven processes, leveraging Workday capabilities, and reducing manual effort – while remaining hands‑on with day‑to‑day accounting tasks.
