Senior Financial Analyst – Austin, TX
SPS PoolCare is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for an onsite position in Austin, TX, with one remote day per week. The role supports financial strategy, operational performance, and scalable growth across a rapidly growing home services platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly performance analysis across multiple markets and business units
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for executive leadership
- Analyze branch-level performance, including revenue trends, customer retention, labor efficiency, profitability, and operational KPIs
- Partner with operational leaders across multiple markets and business units to identify performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities
