Location: Calgary - 4906 Richard Road SW Overview
Supporting the Finance & Planning function within Alberta Homes as well as Alberta Commercial is the responsibility of the Senior Finance Analyst. This is done through preparing and consolidating monthly guidance and annual Business Plan templates and numbers for Alberta Homes and Commercial and obtaining the supporting information to complete the process. The role will also be responsible for preparing reporting and analysis for management, preparing reporting to BRPI, as well as conducting ad hoc evaluations as needed. In addition, the Senior Financial Analyst will help model various scenarios required for operations, including proformas and unit continuities. Key Responsibilities
