Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support manufacturing finance operations, including cost analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability reporting. This role directly supports plant-level financial performance and decision-making.
Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 annually
Responsibilities
Lead monthly forecasting and profitability analysis.
Analyze inventory, COGS, PPV, and overhead variances.
Support budgeting and standard costing updates.
Conduct cost roll-ups and inventory analysis.
Prepare capital expenditure reviews.
Support audits and financial reporting.
Improve financial processes and reporting systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA (or in progress preferred).
5+ years manufacturing finance experience.
Strong Excel and ERP system skills.
Experience with cost accounting and reporting tools.
