Today we are confirming our search for a Senior Financial Analyst who will be integral in supporting strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis, and full cycle accounting and financial reporting. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic business partner to property operations and senior management, streamline accounting processes, and champion continuous improvement within the property management accounting and finance function.
Real Estate Portfolio Reporting
- Own end‑to‑end financial accounting & reporting for an assigned portfolio of CLV managed properties, ensuring the accurate production of monthly and quarterly income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes, including preparing or reviewing journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and amortization schedules.
