Overview
Granite REIT (Granite) is a Canadian-based real estate investment trust engaged in the acquisition, development, ownership and management of logistics, warehouse and industrial properties in North America and Europe. Granite owns 145 investment properties representing approximately 61.5 million square feet of gross leasable area. Its head office is located in Toronto, with regional offices in Dallas, United States; Vienna, Austria; and Amsterdam, Netherlands. Position Overview Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Controller, the SFA, Financial Reporting plays a key role in the consolidation and external reporting processes. This position supports the monthly consolidation of financial results, prepares quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, and drives continuous improvement initiatives across financial reporting processes.
