Senior GenAI Software Engineer Contact Center Solutions (AWS, LLMs & Python) Required Skills Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a relevant field. 10+ years of experience building large-scale, multi-tier distributed software systems. Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS services. Hands-on expertise with: Python AWS Lambda APIs LLM Models Java Experience with DevOps culture, tools, and best practices, including: Bitbucket Ansible Jenkins CDD Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to assess alternatives, risks, and benefits.
