KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
NPI Program Management:
Oversee hardware development through all stages of the product lifecycle with a focus on NPI execution.
Prototype Development:
Manage prototype builds, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with hardware engineering teams, product management, and contract manufacturers to align on deliverables.
Manufacturing Oversight:
Lead contract manufacturers through product builds, addressing technical issues and production risks.
Risk & Issue Resolution:
Anticipate project challenges, resolve issues, and implement contingency plans.
Stakeholder Reporting:
Present regular project updates to executive leadership, focusing on progress, milestones, and risks.
